Rooted in tradition, this 60-minute Ashtanga class follows a guided sequence of postures linked by breath and steady gaze. Expect a rhythmic, meditative flow that cultivates strength, balance, and endurance while deepening body awareness and focus. Each class honours the foundations of Ashtanga—connecting movement and breath as a form of moving meditation. Modifications are offered to support all levels, inviting both discipline and curiosity into your practice.

Cancellation Policy
To honour the time and energy that goes into preparing each session, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows are also non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please reach out as early as possible—I appreciate your respect for this shared space.
